Service Agreement — Digital Products
Effective: March 2026
These Pricing & Billing Terms ("Billing Terms") describe the products, pricing, payment methods, and billing practices of Luca Valdinoci, operating as FORQIS ("FORQIS", "we"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Billing Terms and our Terms of Service.
1. Products & Pricing
Forqis Pro
SubscriptionMonthly subscription to the AI business intelligence platform. Includes complete financial diagnostics, AI CFO analysis with recommendations, risk center, tax signals, sector benchmarks, up to 5 AI analyses per month, dashboard, history, and PDF reports.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices with advance notice. Changes do not affect already-purchased services.
2. Payment Methods
Stripe — International (forqis.ai)
Payments for international users are processed by Stripe, Inc. Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other Stripe-supported local payment methods.
YooKassa — Russia (forqis.ru)
Payments for Russian users are processed by YooKassa. Accepted methods: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir), YuMoney, SBP (Fast Payment System), and Sberbank Online. All transactions in Russian Rubles (₽).
3. How to Purchase
To purchase a product, you enter the required information and click "Pay" on the checkout page. By completing payment, you confirm you have read and accepted these Billing Terms and our Terms of Service. The contract is formed at the moment payment is confirmed.
4. Service Delivery
4.1. Financial Snapshot: calculation is performed automatically and results are available immediately after confirmed payment (typically within seconds).
4.2. AI Insight: generated automatically based on your Snapshot metrics. Delivery time is typically 5–15 seconds. The insight is displayed on your results page and included in the PDF report.
4.3. Forqis Pro subscription: activated immediately upon confirmed payment. You receive access to your monthly allowance of Snapshots and AI Insights.
The service is considered delivered upon the results being made available in your account or sent to your email.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
5.1. The Forqis Pro subscription is billed monthly. Your subscription period begins on the date of first payment.
5.2. Subscriptions do not auto-renew automatically at this time. You will be notified before any renewal is processed.
5.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made.
5.4. Unused Snapshots or AI Insights within a subscription period do not carry over to the next period.
6. Refund Policy
All products are digital services that are delivered immediately upon payment. As such, all sales are final and no refunds are issued after digital delivery has occurred.
Exceptions are made only in the following cases:
Technical failure
If the service was not delivered due to a fault on our side (e.g., generation error, system outage, report not produced), a full refund will be issued within 3 business days of your request.
Duplicate charge
If you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a payment error, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 3 business days.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order ID and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Taxes
Prices are displayed exclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable in your jurisdiction.
8. Changes to Pricing
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated via the website and/or email before taking effect. Price changes do not affect services already paid for.
