FORQIS is an AI-powered financial analytics platform that provides:

• — Financial Snapshot: automated calculation of financial metrics based on data you provide
• — AI Insight: AI-generated analysis of your calculated metrics
• — PDF reports containing your results and, optionally, AI Insights
• — Forqis Pro subscription for ongoing financial monitoring

Access to certain features requires payment. Free previews are available before purchase.

3. User Responsibilities

To use the Service, you provide your email address. You agree to:

• — Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service
• — Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• — Not share or transfer your account access to third parties
• — Not use the Service to harm, defraud, or mislead others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

4. Payments

Certain features require payment. All payment terms are described in our Pricing & Billing Terms. Key points:

• — Payments are processed securely by Paddle (global) or YooKassa (Russia)
• — Subscriptions renew monthly; you may cancel at any time
• — No refunds after digital delivery
• — Prices are displayed on the checkout page before payment

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All rights to the FORQIS platform — including software, design, trademarks, algorithms, and branding — belong exclusively to FORQIS. Using the Service does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property.

5.2. The financial data you enter and the reports generated from that data belong to you. You may use them freely without restriction.

5.3. You may not:

• — Copy, modify, or distribute the FORQIS software or platform
• — Create derivative products based on the Service
• — Use the FORQIS name or branding commercially without written permission
• — Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2. FORQIS does not warrant:

• — Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• — That results will meet your expectations or requirements
• — The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FORQIS is not liable for:

• — Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• — Decisions made based on FORQIS outputs
• — Actions of third-party services (payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers)
• — Technical failures, downtime, or data loss beyond our control

6.4. In any event, FORQIS's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Service available 24/7. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, cyberattacks, or events beyond our control (force majeure). We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably possible.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• — Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorized system access
• — Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity
• — Violate the rights of any third party
• — Conduct automated mass data collection (scraping or crawling)
• — Build competing products using FORQIS's platform or outputs

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted at forqis.ai/terms with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Service.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by generally applicable principles of international commercial law. We encourage resolving any disputes through direct negotiation first. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 calendar days.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FORQIS regarding your use of the Service.

12. Informational nature of the service

Forqis is an informational service. Analysis and recommendations provided by the AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute regulated financial, investment, or tax advice. AI can make mistakes. Always verify recommendations with a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Forqis is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or asset manager. The service does not provide services regulated by the FCA, BaFin, AMF, or any other financial regulator.
